Online media outlets may submit news for publication on our website by sending to news@nitroware.net
If a website or publication (an affiliate), offline or online wishes to link to or syndicate our news postings, the following conditions apply

• Send news only to news@nitroware.net
   
• News syndication and affiliation is reciprocal. Outlets that send news to NitroWare.net for posting will be added to our affiliate mailing list.
   
• An Affiliate MUST notify us if our contact details have been passed on by them to another affiliate or corporate sponsor/client
   
• NitroWare does not pass on affiliate information to third parties without permission
   
• We reserve the right to determine an affiliate news item submitted to us will be posted or not. Sending in news items does not guarantee that they will be posted on our website.

We will also add a site to our web links list if requested (subject to a quality evaluation). Receiving a site link is not an automatic or guaranteed. If we link to a site, we expect a reciprocal link to www.nitroware.net on that affiliate site's web links
